I tried to reactivate my account, but can't contact anyone

I have been a member of HarrisPoll for YEARS and they were always awesome. The surveys were plenty and the cash-out threshold was low, so I could get a payout almost twice a month. Then, about 2 years ago, everything stopped. There were no more surveys, so I never went back. However, I just tried to sign in and it said my account was suspended. So, I tried "contact us", but all I could do was leave an email. Then, they wouldn't even let me email them because I was no longer a member! I'm all done with them!

User's recommendation: Join and if you get survey invitations, great. If not don't bother. There's tons of othe sites!

I have been doing your surveys faithfully for over 5 years and as yet I have received NOTHING for my many Reward Points ! I Have never been able to find out how many I have ! I want to redeem them for STARBUCKS COFFEE !!! I've written letters, left messages via phone calls to a voice which sounds as it might have been HUMAN ! I've e-mailed such as this one and all to no avail ! I've called the Better Business Bureau - Nothing !! Is there at least one LIVE person there ??STAY CKEAR OF YOU !!

I tried contacting you from the website and I got this message:Unable to process your request I wanted to redeem my points and it is telling me that I am entering the wrong birth date and I am not. My birth date is March of 1973. If you have it wrong in your system then that is not my fault.I registered my birthdate correctly. Please rectify this situation ASAP so I can redeem my points before they expire and your website closes. I will have to report this to the BBB if not.

Although Harris Polls never responded to me, I was finally able to get into my account with my birthday and access the $10 Walmart gift card.

I have been trying repeatedly to redeem points, and now, must enter my birth month and year to validate my identity. However, I repeatedly get an error message that they are wrong, as if they know better than I do when I was born! So, I can't redeem points. They did not respond to the email I sent. They didn't answer the phone. This is on top of rarely getting invitations for surveys. When I do, most of the time I am told I don't qualify, and at times this is before even answering a single question. On top of that, I often don't get credit for the few surveys I am able to take. When I try to email them about not getting credit, I almost always get a failure message, so I can't even notify them anymore about the problems. For years, they were a wonderful company for taking surveys, but now, I think they have turned into a sham.

Update: Harris Poll Online finally got their act together and fixed the problem so I was able to redeem my rewards for something more than just frustration...!

I cannot redeem rewards for a subscription to a magazine as when checking out I'm asked for my birth month and year. When I provide the correct month and year I get a message that says it does not agree with what they have on record. I'm not sure why this is happening as I only have one birth month and year and they obviously have the incorrect information which I did not supply to them. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM...!

i tried to use my points to get a $5 amazon.com gift card, i got his when i tried to do it Your birth month and year did not match what we have on file. Please try again. I tried again i got the same thing i made sure my birth month and year was correct i never had this problem before trying to us my points to get stuff what is going i on .

Be Careful of Them "Randomly Discontinuing" Your Account

I attempted to redeem my points, I tried to log in, but it wouldn't work. I contacted them via their website only to be told that my account was "randomly discontinued". I responded by asking how then would I redeem the points I had in my account? They responded by saying upon review, they would send me an Amazon gift card, and that I should receive something within 7 business days. The time goes by and I receive nothing? I responded back to their email now 3-4 times but receive no response?

I'm unable to use my reward points because the system is giving the error message that my birth month and year don't match what they have on file. However, I was able to use my points twice earlier this year with no problem. The only contact link that works is the one at the bottom of the site landing page; others within the site don't work.

I completed this survey, but it didn't go through. So then I went to the Harris Poll website and completed the form about not receiving points -- twice! Each time I get this message: " The survey has been reset since you started taking it. To restart it, please follow the link in the email or other website that originally sent you here. We apologize for the inconvenience." Why do they make it so difficult to be a member of Harris Poll?????? I wasted 15-20 minutes on the poll and at least that much time trying to contact them -- to no avail. I really like doing your surveys, but today I was ruled out after I indicated I was a male and aged 64.. Are the surveys biased against males over 60??? Also, a few months ago I was offered 500 point for simply giving my car's VIN number. I had trouble giviing it becauinadvertantly used one too few digits. I tried again, as the survey said I could and the survey suddenly stopped working. I was disappointed! I really wanted those 500 points. I wrote you and was told you would look into it but I heard nothing back. And when I tried to give a comment all I was told is that you were unable to process my request. What is going on?

Redeeming points and asked security questions. I have no idea about any of them. Totally off the rails for any of my history. Locked out. Emailed through their system 3 times; long emails. Each time, error message that didn't go through, system down, or some such.

I have many thousand Harris Poll reward points. In trying to process an order for reward items, I was instructed to enter my birth month and year. After entering that information I was informed that what I entered is not what they have on file. When I attempted to contact customer service by e-mail to see how the information can be corrected or updated, I was informed my request could not be processed. I now have over 14,000 points gathered over several years that will not be honored.
