Ripped me off closed my account when I went to BBB for non payment

Went to BBB after they wouldn't pay me for 2 surveys I did for them. after that I got a notice from the BBB that they have given me my points .But I have been checking everyday and no points.So I went to check before telling the BBB ya I got them and sure enough they were there and on my points summary it says BBB COMPLIANT # so,so,so.At first I wanted to laugh went I saw that then went hmmm why did they have to put that ?I dont know I'm just glad it worked and if I have to go back on them I will.They really need to get it together. After they gave me my points I couldn't get into my account anymore so I sent them a email which they answered in 2 days.Here is their response Dear Panel Member, Thank you for contacting us. We have reviewed your account, and I show that your account has been removed due to quality issues. Unfortunately, at this time we are no longer accepting re-registration. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Sincerely, Harris Poll This is the thanks I get for being with them for 15 years.Plus they ripped me off for 796 pts. or $5.00.That really was a low *** thing to do.

yes I have contacted them at least four times and no response yet in the last two weeks. I would at least like to use my points if possible. This is the third time I have had a problem with this survey line. I would like to keep Harris poll but I believe it is more trouble and frustration than it is worth. I believe that is enough of a problem in itself to want to stop giving myself a headache over the use of this survey.i think that is all I need to say and it really did not need one hundred words to complain about it. The main problem is being able to get into my account for any reason.

Doesn't Respond to Email Concerning Inability to Complete Rewards Order

I tried to buy, with Reward Points, WalMart cards. To complete the order I had to answer with my birth month, 6, and birth year, 1948. Well it stated that my answers were incorrect!!!!!! I know when I was born and I input it. I've sent them TWO emails concerning this problem and HPO didn't seem fit to answer my emails. It's been happening for a month now. I tried to cash in some of my reward points for a $50 Walmart gift card. Every time I tried check out, it said that my birth month and birth year didn't match what they had on file. I called their toll free number, only to be able to leave a message, went to their contact us website, but never responded. I don't know why they won't change my information. All they ever send me is giving me new passwords. I don't need that. I need to correct my birth month to 10 and my birth year to 1957, but they still haven't done it. I really need that gift card, so I can buy groceries for me and my son.

Had similar experience as one of your other reviewers. Cashed in some of my reward money for $25.00 Walmart e card. Went to use it and clerk said there was NO balance. Argued with clerk, e-mailed Walmart who then told me I needed to know who issued it. At the time I didn't know the answer......until I started checking my "survey" sites and realized it had to be Harris Poll. Never did like Walmart, but guess probably should not have said I wouldn't set foot in their store again :) Think I owe them an apology? Just kidding.....I live in a very rural area with limited stores and don't think I want to drive for 40 minutes to shop. Ticks me off that Harris Poll would treat those who took their surveys in that manner!!!!

Keeps saying no access to my account!

I just got a $5 gift card from them a week ago and the other day when I tried to log in to see if my points were credited for my newest completed surveys it would not let me and in red above my login email it says can not access my account. Sent them a message asking what's up, but no reply.

End of last year my sister in law could not redeem her points because it says she entered the wrong birthday, like she forgot when her birthday is! She got fed up and stopped trying even though they kept sending survey invitations to her.

I guess they have become a joke now and looks like I'll quit them as well. At least I wasn't owed a bunch of money like others out there.

I have been a member for years on this site, liked it and never had a problem. The last few months, I haven't received any surveys and when I try to sign on, I get an inactive member message. So, I can't get on there to cash out. I have emailed them numerous times and have not heard back. Did they go out of business???

I think they are still around. I heard from a friend that if you are a member of NCP you cannot be a member of Harris Poll also.

Which makes no sense to me because I am not a member of NCP!!! This company was reliable for YEARS and now they are going downhill fast!!!

Took many surveys, forgot my password, cost me $$$ and lots of time.

I took their surveys for about 4-5 months almost every day and was building up rewards. I decided one day to cash them out, and forgot to write down my password.

So I went to their site and tried to reset my password. I had to give them my date of birth again with this theme 00/0000 for the month and year. I filled it out and got the message that it was incorrect. I went to another site and picked out that I had a problem logging in, which went to a different page to choose what kind of problem I had.

I kept getting these along with case numbers. 3 weeks ago I unsubscribed and got this email response Thank you for your continued participation in the Harris Poll Online panel, we truly appreciate your membership. As part of our commitment to survey quality, we regularly monitor the quality and accuracy of our members’ responses. We regret to inform you that your recent survey responses have raised some concerns in this area.

The good news is that this is easy to fix and we are here to help. When taking surveys with Harris please keep the following things in mind: 1. It’s not a race: We know our surveys can be long at times and you may feel the need to rush through. Please take your time and read every question carefully.

What has happen too Harris Polls Online?

Since they completely redid there site several months ago, It has been utterly terrible and barley function, I still can't access the Rewards Page to save my life and too get to my points, and there custom service is almost next too non existent. I have contacted them so many times I have lost count with only 2 reply's in several months ( both saying the same typical thing ).

What has happened to this service? Have they changed management and become a scam site? Do they not know something Is wrong?

On or around mid August 2017, my Harris Poll membership was hacked. I say this because all my other online accounts are still operating.

I had in excess of 6500 points. It appears that my password was changed. I've contacted Harris three times via the internet and in addition have called t o leave a complaint two additional times. To date I've not received a response from them.

Having joined this survey company about 6 years ago I've been a loyal follower and participated in tons of surveys.

Why no response? I'm very disappointed with their lack of response.

I have not received a Harris poll in quite sometime! I have been a member for years!

I was just wondering why I have not received any polls in a long time?.I used to receive surveys but have not in a long time. Why not?

I enjoy doing surveys, but have not received any. I do all kinds of surveys when I receive them and it just dawned on me that I have not received any from you folks. I'am trying to come up with 100 words so I can a reply from Harris polls. You folks need to shorten the number of words required to get a answer.

i have over 100 dollars to redeem and i cannot log in now.responded to them with no help for a long time,,,,i guess i just lost my redeemable money they owe me since i cannot log in without being rejected.they also never send me any surveys to be able to be on the site sio i can cash in but that will never happen so not right

Not getting a response about reward!!!

I have been texting and even called and they say within 1 day will get back to you and never has. Its been over 2 weeks I cashed in for $25 Wal Mart e gift and I tried cashing it in at Wal mart but has a negative balance. Still sending me surveys though. Don't understand been with them for years and never had trouble till recently?????? :( WHY would they still send surveys and answer things on a survey that are wrong. I just don't understand it as they have been so good. Wonder if i keep doing surveys with them is it for nothing? Sure is very disappointing.

a log in failed - they sent a link, it failed - now after 3 months of emails / a letter and still no response i am contacting the AG of ny state to see if anything can be done - i do not feel anything will be done. i have to keep writing because you say i need one hundred words to satisfy your system, which i feel is abusive as i said all that is needed in much less but i will ramble on until you are happy even though this is sickening and offensive third time i am adding to get to the one hundred level - why do you need one hundred, ninety nine is wonderful as is eighty of course many would then quit and fell better because they do not want this hassle

I tried to log in with the usual email address and password and they didn't work. Aft er contacting customer service, I was sent directions to log in.

They didn't work. Asked a second time and got the same information. Still didn't work. I contacted them a third time and have not heard back.

This went on for a couple of months. The last time I contacted them was about 2 - 3 months and still haven't heard.

Doubt that I will. I lost over 2000 points.

I'm having the same login problems. It started today. I also noticed they haven't been crediting all the surveys I completed when it said I would be credited. I sent an email about that issue weeks ago and they replied by asking me my birthday. Why? I have no idea. So I gave them my birthday and they never replied back. Now I can't even log in and the contact them tab on the website isn't working. This site is a scam and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They are thieves.
