I was last able to claim a reward in December of 2015 - nearly TWO YEARS ago. The system claims that my month and year of birth do not match what they have on file.

over the last two months, I have put in at least 5 help desk requests, left two voicemails, and sent a physical letter through USPS, but have received exactly ZERO response. The system will not let me access the DOB they have on file for me, only THEY can fix THEIR problem. I am guessing that something got changed when Harris Poll became part of Nielsen.

What does it take to get their attention? I have enough points to claim over $75 in gift cards, but can't get them due to THEIR failure to act.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
