After spending over 2 years of my life giving them very personal data, i was so close to finally getting my reward of a lousy cordless phone/answering machine worth $40 in stores, they somehow stopped sending me surveys and made it impossible for me to log-in to my account. When i tried to retrieve a new password they said my email address was no longer in their database!!!
What can I do? Call an exec. in Rochester, N.Y>? They won't return any of my emails I've sent!!!
I can't believe such a reputable company could treat me in such a way as if they didn't even know me. Am very angry and sad!
