It's been happening for a month now. I tried to cash in some of my reward points for a $50 Walmart gift card.

Every time I tried check out, it said that my birth month and birth year didn't match what they had on file. I called their toll free number, only to be able to leave a message, went to their contact us website, but never responded. I don't know why they won't change my information. All they ever send me is giving me new passwords.

I don't need that.

I need to correct my birth month to 10 and my birth year to 1957, but they still haven't done it. I really need that gift card, so I can buy groceries for me and my son.
