On or around mid August 2017, my Harris Poll membership was hacked. I say this because all my other online accounts are still operating.

I had in excess of 6500 points. It appears that my password was changed. I've contacted Harris three times via the internet and in addition have called t o leave a complaint two additional times. To date I've not received a response from them.

Having joined this survey company about 6 years ago I've been a loyal follower and participated in tons of surveys.

Why no response? I'm very disappointed with their lack of response.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Harris Poll Online Cons: Lack of responding to my issue.

The same thing has happened to me. Can't change password & no response from Harris online after numerous attampts
