I have received rewards many times. I've been a member since the rewards were physical rewards, like a pen/pencil set,you selected from a catalog.
I am having the same issue others have complained about now: 1)I am not a member and cannot complete survey. 2)Now i do not get any surveys sent to me, probably because they think I am not an sctive member 3)I cannot cash in my 10826 HiPoints for rewards 4)I do not recall how many emails I have sent using the 'Contact Us' option, over 10, and I have gotten two canned emails returned and still no resolution.
I would really like my Rewards. I've spent time doing the surveys and would like to be rewarded.
Product or Service Mentioned: Harris Poll Online Rewards Program.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $75.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Lack of response and fulfillment.
