Up until about a week ago I didn't have any issues with them, now I can't login with correct info yet I can still take the surveys. When I click on forgot password (though I haven't) and takes me to page where it requires me to enter my d.o.b it gives me an error message.
I contacted customer service via email where normally I receive a response within hours and this time around, no response. The only response I have received is that my account has been locked out for a certain amount of time to where I can attempt to login again and as I do, I'm back to same issue.
