It's been 4 months and each month I've done the reports and submitted them multiple times.No real answer when it comes to customer service.

They send this automated message and close the case like it's resolved, but it isn't, hence no rewards for 4 months. So now I think I'm about at my wit's end dealing with them. At least with Digital Reflection, I get a $50 card every couple of months and they're more legit. It may take them a week to give you your card but I've never had to complain about getting what they promised.

Harris has yet to give me anything. I definitely won't recommend anyone doing this.

Empty promises and a headache not needed.If I have to, I'll blast this on every social media there is.

Preferred solution: Give me what i was promised or stop lying to people what you say in your description..

same thing here, the last couple of years i didn't get my points for several surveys. "case solved", " case closed." no explantation, no points
