Dear Harris poll team I am able to access my account it shows message as unable to access account. I forget my password is try to create new but still not able to access account. please make necessary changes so i can able to open my account. for the reference i am attached the screenshot of error message shows to me while trying to make login to harris poll site. I have also try to create new account but it shows me that profile already exist but still not able to access my account.
