Harris Poll Online - I need a new login since the old one doesn’t work.
Customer service mumbled something about holding on, where I spent 10 minutes praying that the call to Peru or wherever was over. Bottom line: no matter how many times I’ve tried, I can’t login to the site. It only lets me try 3 times! Can you please help me with this?

Harris Poll Online - Changing password and logging in.
I am a long time member of Harris Poll. I have tried several times to change my password and login to the site. They keep sending me a link, but the link doesn't work. Also it takes them days to respond. They only allow a very short time to use the link before it expires. In the beginning I was really happy with Harris. I got a lot of good surveys and rewards. Now I am really disappointed.
