For 2 months I have sent messages and asked for help with the shoptracker. Every time I try to login thru the Harris Poll App, it says "My panelist I. D. Is associated with another account. They wrote me back and said problem was fixed. Welllll, that was 2 months and probably 20 messages ago. And STILL I can't use shoptracker. Can't ANYBODY help me????
